The Little Prince Opera in France

The Opera of Lille (France) is offering its audience of all ages, a year-end show full of of magic and poetry. « The Little Prince » , the philosophical tale of Antoine de Saint Exupéry is revisited by the contemporary composer Michaël Levinas . « I wrote for children and adults of all cultures, an opera , a song for the text and the message of » The Little Prince  » . This extraordinary child from elsewhere , a diaphanous and enigmatic boy St. -Exupéry met in the desert.  » Michaël Levinas explains . The musical direction of the opera is signed by Arie van Beek who heads the Orchestre de Picardie . Lilo Baur , who works for theater and opera, is in charge of the staging .
